Throughout my website, I have not made mention to specific cases, in large part, in deference to client privacy and not to push the limits of being a braggart. A case, however, in which I prevailed, was published in the official reports of the U.S. District Court. As such there is no secret or confidence about it whatsoever. Moreover, it has been of interest to many others. The case has been followed in decisions of the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the California Court of Appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. Additionally, it has been cited in many law journals and law reviews. The case involves a classic American clash between church and state.
