Cases
I enjoy litigating in the area of American constitutional law. Every nation has the same areas of law; criminal, civil, family, etc. One area that is uniquely American, however, is American constitutional law. Throughout my website, I have not made mention to specific cases in which I prevailed, in large part, in deference to client privacy and not to push the limits of being a braggart.
A case, however, in which I prevailed was published in the official reports of the U.S. District Court. As such there is no secret or confidence about it whatsoever. Moreover, it has been of interest to many others. The case has been followed in decisions of the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the California Court of Appeal and the U.S. Supreme Court. Additionally, it has been cited in many law journals and law reviews. The case involves a classic American constitutional clash between church and state.
